FoodXcess Food Collection Log (Responses)

This dataset contains quantitative data collected as part of the FoodXcess initiative at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), a student-led surplus food redistribution programme. The dataset includes monthly and aggregated records of surplus edible food redistributed (kg) across selected residential college cafeterias and derived estimates of avoided carbon dioxide (CO₂) emissions calculated using published emission conversion factors. Data were collected during a pilot, real-world intervention and are intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future comparative research on campus food waste reduction initiatives. All data are aggregated to protect participant anonymity.本数据集包含马来西亚国民大学（Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia，UKM）FoodXcess项目所采集的定量数据，该项目为学生主导的剩余可食用食品再分配项目。数据集涵盖了选定住宿学院食堂内剩余可食用食品再分配的月度记录与汇总数据（单位：千克），并基于已发布的排放转换因子计算得到了避免排放的二氧化碳（CO₂）估算值。本数据集采集自一项试点性真实世界干预项目，旨在为校园食品减损相关举措的透明度提升、研究可复现性以及未来对比研究提供支持。所有数据均经过汇总处理，以保护参与者的匿名性。
