Cancer cells acquire anchorage-independence to escape anoikis. This study aimed to evaluate the gene expression signature of SAS cells cultured at the standar plate and the low-attachment plate. Total RNAs were isolated from attached and detached SAS cells, and gene expression signatures were examined using gene expression microarray. Overall design: Total RNA was isolated from attached SAS cells and detached SAS cells for gene expression profiling.
