Comparative genome analysis of Ascochyta lentis isolates AlKewell and P94-24

Here we analyse two isolates of A. lentis that show different pathogenicity patterns of different lentil cultivars. The main goal is to generate high quality reference genomes for both pathotyes in order to mine for effector candidates.
