Reproducibility data and code for auditable wind turbine early fault evidence promotion

This dataset contains processed data, figure source tables, frozen protocols, analysis code, and independent verification records supporting the article "Auditable evidence promotion for wind turbine early fault decisions under heterogeneous operation and unavailable independent verification." It includes exact theory, a frozen simulation with 30 random seeds, a controlled experiment on one Sonkyo blade, and a prospectively frozen stress test on one Aventa turbine. The package preserves negative and unavailable outcomes: the field analysis produced no persistent prefailure request, and strain based verification in the fault window was unavailable rather than negative. Large third party raw archives are not redistributed.
