Temporal Data from Temperature Loggers in the South Atlantic bight

Data detailed below was collected from our temperature logging stakes installed off the coast of Charleston, SC in the years 2018-2020. We installed temperature monitoring equipment at six locations to monitor temperature in the upper two meters of the sandy subsurface. Each array consists of 12 temperature loggers. set to collect time series data at intervals of 20 minutes for months at a time. The temperature logging stakes collect 2m of thermal data from the upper sediments. Each file contains temperature data in degrees C collected at 20-minute time intervals (the row index) at certain depths (the column headers, in millimeters).Data temperature sensors were individually tested for any error. Sensor error was subtracted from the dataset. For example, a sensor that always reads 0.05 degrees high will have 0.05 degrees subtracted from its raw data.
下述数据集采集自2018至2020年间,安装于美国南卡罗来纳州查尔斯顿近海的温度测桩。我们于6个监测点位布设温度监测设备,以监测沙质海底浅层上方2米范围内的温度。每个监测阵列包含12台温度记录仪(temperature loggers),设定以20分钟为采样间隔,连续数月采集时序数据。本次使用的温度测桩可采集海底表层沉积物上方2米的热学数据。 每个数据文件包含以摄氏度为单位的温度数据:数据以20分钟为采样间隔,行索引对应采样时刻,各列对应不同监测深度(列标题标注深度值,单位为毫米)。所有温度传感器均经过单独的误差校验,数据集已扣除传感器系统误差。例如,若某传感器的原始读数始终偏高0.05摄氏度,则从其原始数据中减去0.05摄氏度以完成校正。
