Inspire-WFS SL Planned Land Use Development Plans Saarlouis – Spatial Plan – OGC API Features

This service provides the development plans of the district town of Saarlouis for the INSPIRE theme of Planned Land Use: A set of documents that reflects a strategic orientation for the development of a given geographical area by setting out the principles, priorities, programmes and land use to implement the strategic orientation that influence the spatial distribution of people and their fields of action on different scales. Spatial plans can be drawn up at the level of urban, regional, environmental and landscape planning, for national spatial planning plans or for spatial planning at the level of the European Union.本服务面向欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）框架下的规划用地（Planned Land Use）主题，提供萨尔路易区镇的空间发展规划方案。该数据集为一套明确特定地理区域发展战略定位的文件，通过界定基本原则、优先级事项、实施计划与用地布局，落实该战略定位，进而影响不同尺度下人口的空间分布及其活动范畴。空间规划的编制层级可涵盖城市、区域、环境与景观规划，亦可用于制定国家空间规划方案，或开展欧盟层级的空间规划工作。
