In this project, we are going to estalibsh developmental transcriptome of an asicdian, Halocynthia rorenzi. RNA-seq was carried out at 10 different cleavage stages of embryos and also two stages after hatching. These results provide valuable resources for unraveling gene regulatory networks underling embryonic development and morphogenesis.
