Microbial Metagenomes Associated with Biodegradable Mulch Film under Laboratory Conditions

This study investigates the microbial communities involved in the degradation of biodegradable mulch films composed of PLA and PBAT under laboratory-scale conditions. Metagenomic sequencing was applied to characterize taxonomic diversity and functional genes, providing insights into microbial pathways that contribute to polymer breakdown and soil ecosystem interactions.
