PHILOSOPHICAL AND CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL MODERNIZATION PROCESSES IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the philosophical and conceptual dimensions of social modernization in New Uzbekistan. Social modernization encompasses structural reforms in governance, education, economy, and culture, aiming to create a dynamic, open, and innovative society. By analyzing theoretical frameworks and practical reforms implemented in Uzbekistan since 2016, the study identifies the philosophical foundations underlying these transformations, highlighting principles such as humanism, inclusivity, and ethical governance. The research demonstrates that modernization in New Uzbekistan is not solely economic or technological but represents a holistic cultural and social paradigm shift.本文探讨了新乌兹别克斯坦社会现代化的哲学与概念维度。社会现代化涵盖治理、教育、经济与文化领域的结构性改革，旨在打造一个充满活力、开放且富有创新性的社会。本研究通过分析乌兹别克斯坦自2016年以来推行的理论框架与实际改革举措，明确了这些变革背后的哲学根基，并着重阐释了人文主义、包容性及伦理治理等核心原则。此项研究表明，新乌兹别克斯坦的现代化并非仅局限于经济或技术层面，而是一场整体性的文化与社会范式转型。
