Supplementary Material for: Primary Breast Lymphoma in a Young Female: Non-Hodgkin's Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma in the Presence of Intact Breast Prostheses

Breast implants are among the most frequently used medical devices for aesthetic and reconstructive purposes. We present A 24-year-old female with a growing breast mass was diagnosed with Primary Breast Lymphoma (Non-Hodgkin's Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma). She underwent successful R-CHOP chemotherapy, resulting in complete remission. Follow-up imaging showed no distant metastasis or significant residual disease, with silicone implants intact and no pathological uptake.乳房植入物（Breast implants）是目前美容整形与乳腺重建领域应用最为广泛的医用植入器械之一。本次报告一例24岁女性患者，因乳房出现进行性增大的肿块就诊，经诊断为原发性乳腺淋巴瘤（Primary Breast Lymphoma），具体亚型为非霍奇金弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（Non-Hodgkin's Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma）。患者接受了R-CHOP方案化疗，治疗获得成功，病情达到完全缓解。随访影像学检查未见远处转移（distant metastasis）及明显残留病灶（residual disease），硅酮乳房植入物（silicone implants）形态完整，未检测到病理性摄取（pathological uptake）信号。
