We were interested in transcriptional changes after depletion of histone acetyltransferase KAT2A in human colorectal cancer. Therefore, we utilized HCT116 cells as model, and analyzed global alterations of gene expression. RNA-Sequencing from HCT116 cells stably expressing Cas9-GFP after transduction with either a sgRNA targeting Luciferase (control) or human KAT2A. Experiment was performed in biologically independent triplicates.
