Enterococcus hirae Strain from the Intestine of Large-tailed Han Sheep: Genomic and Physiological Characterization

Enterococcus hirae, a symbiotic probiotic within the animal gut, plays a pivotal role in host health, metabolism, immunity, and disease resistance. In this study, we isolated and characterized a strain of E. hirae from the intestines of Large-tailed Han sheep using GAM anaerobic culture, 16S rRNA identification, and high-throughput sequencing techniques.
