Study of perception of the city of Madrid by the elderly 2024

Surveys carried out on people over 65 years of age registered in the city of Madrid. The purpose of the surveys is the evaluation of the Madrid Action Plan, Age-Friendly City 2021-2023 , and the elaboration of a new Action Plan 2025-2027. These surveys are intended to know the perception that older people have about certain aspects and services offered in the city of Madrid and that significantly affect their quality of life. Questionnaire 1 analyses outdoor spaces and dwellings; Question 2 asks about social environment, employment, participation, respect, social inclusion, communication and information and Question 3 about social services, health, emergencies, waste collection and transport.针对马德里市登记在册的65岁及以上人群开展的专项调查。本次调查旨在评估《马德里积极老龄化友好城市行动计划（2021-2023年）》，并为编制2025-2027年新版行动计划提供支撑。调查旨在了解老年群体对马德里市多项显著影响其生活质量的城市服务与相关领域的感知状况。其中，问卷1聚焦户外空间与居住场所的分析；问卷2涵盖社会环境、就业、社会参与、社会尊重、社会包容、通信与信息服务等议题；问卷3则涉及社会服务、医疗卫生、应急保障、垃圾收运与公共交通等内容。
