Code and supporting data for our paper "Analysis of the response of prostate cancer to ultra-hypofractionated high-dose-rate brachytherapy: the role of hypoxia and reoxygenation". The code is written in Matlab (.m files). The supporting data for the figures and tables is also in Matlab format (.mat files).本研究配套论文《前列腺癌对超极低分割高剂量率近距离放射治疗的响应分析：缺氧与复氧的作用》的代码及辅助数据如下：配套代码采用Matlab编写，文件后缀为.m；用于生成论文图表与表格的辅助数据同样采用Matlab格式，文件后缀为.mat。
