PubMed was used as the data source to collect the literatures in the field of stem cells published from 2016 to 2020 with the keyword "stem cell". Excluding the literatures without cooperative relationship, 38453 effective literatures were obtained. In the process of document data processing, the author's full name and research institution were used to solve the problem of author's duplicate name. A total of 250714 authors, 2762 binary cooperative relationships and 32876 multiple cooperative relationships were obtained; Then, the author is taken as the node, the cooperation relationship as the super edge, and the text information such as the title and abstract of the author's literature as the attribute of the node to construct the scientific research cooperation super network; Finally, in order to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the recommendation algorithm, three subnetworks of different sizes, hypernet-1, hypernet-2 and hypernet-3, are extracted from the scientific research cooperation hypernetwork. Among them, hypernet-k means that at least one author node in each super edge of the super network has a superdegree greater than k.

以PubMed数据库为数据来源,搜集了2016年至2020年间发表的关于干细胞的文献,关键词为“干细胞”。剔除不具备合作关系的相关文献,共获得38453篇有效文献。在文档数据处理过程中,通过作者的全名及其所属研究机构来解决作者姓名重复的问题。总计收集到250714位作者、2762对二进制合作关系以及32876个多边合作关系;随后,以作者作为节点,合作关系作为超级边,以及作者文献的标题和摘要等文本信息作为节点的属性,构建了科学研究合作超级网络;最终,为了全面评估推荐算法的性能,从科学研究合作超级网络中提取了三个不同规模的子网络,分别为hypernet-1、hypernet-2和hypernet-3。其中,hypernet-k的含义是超级网络中每个超级边至少包含一个超级度大于k的作者节点。
