Total RNA sequencing of A. lyrata ssp. lyrata (ABRC CS22696, MN47), A. halleri ssp. gemmifera (from Mt. Ibuki, Japan), and F1 hybrids of A. thaliana and A. lyrata/halleri. F1 plants of A. thaliana (ecotype Landsberg erecta) and A. lyrata / halleri were obtained by using A. thaliana as the maternal parent. All plants were grown from seeds under 16 h light/ 8 h dark conditions at 24?C. Total RNAs were isolated from leaves by using the RNeasy Plant Mini Kit.The RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data from A. lyrata ssp. lyrata and A. halleri ssp. gemmifera and F1 plants were sequenced with Illumina HiSeq2000 or NextSeq500 Sequencing Technology with75bp or 100bp read length. Libraries were prepared from total leaf RNA after eliminating rRNA by Ribo-Zer rRNA Removal Kits.
