资源简介:
This study provided theoretical support for studying the influence of Cd input sources on Cd accumulation in rice in different locations in Hunan Province. This study utilized comprehensive methods to analyze cadmium (Cd) distribution in soil, atmospheric deposition, fertilizers, irrigation water, and crops. Soil samples were collected from the cultivated layer (0-20 cm) using a five-point sampling method, air-dried, and sieved for pH measurement and Cd analysis (total and DTPA-extractable). Atmospheric deposition samples were collected monthly using sedimentation jars, treated with ethylene glycol to prevent contamination, and placed 1.5 m above ground. Fertilizer samples, including organic and poultry manure, were gathered from local farmers. Irrigation water samples were collected during the crop-growing period for heavy metal analysis. Crop samples (roots, stems, leaves, and grains) were harvested, washed, blanched, dried, and ground for Cd determination. Cd concentrations were measured using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS), while soil pH was determined with a portable pH meter. These methods provided a robust framework for assessing Cd distribution and environmental impact.
