AI results complementing the Annual Report on surveillance for Avian Influenza in poultry and wild birds in Member States of the European Union - Portugal

This dataset contains the results of the EU co-funded surveillance activities conducted in 2019, which consisted of: Serological surveys to monitor the circulation of AIV subtypes H5 and H7 in poultry (active surveillance). These surveys should preferentially target poultry species or production systems with increased risk for introduction of avian influenza (AI). Passive surveillance aiming at the virological detection of AI in wild birds found dead or moribund.本数据集包含欧盟共同资助的2019年监测活动成果，具体包括两项内容：一是针对家禽中禽流感病毒（Avian Influenza Virus，AIV）H5与H7亚型传播情况开展的血清学调查（主动监测），此类调查应优先覆盖存在禽流感（Avian Influenza，AI）传入风险升高的家禽物种或养殖生产系统；二是针对死亡或濒死野生鸟类开展的禽流感病毒学检测被动监测。
