RNAseq analysis of LGG275, a diffuse IDH-mutant low-grade astrocytoma cell line treated with different molecules (cytokines, compounds and coatings) plus Gb4, IDH-wildtype glioblastoma stem cell line treated with ET1

The goal of the present study was to identify regulators of diffuse low-grade glioma cell behaviour (proliferation, differentiation and cell death) based on candidates anti- and pro-proliferative molecules identified by an in vitro custom drug screening assay using absolute cell number as a readout RNA-seq profiling of LGG275, a diffuse IDH-mutant low-grade glioma cell line upon different compounds and RNA-seq profiling of Gb4, a diffuse IDH-wildtype glioblastoma stem cell line upon ET1 after 5 days of treatment once a day before proceeding to RNA extraction 8 hours after the last treatment.
