Wind speed data of 24-hour forecast in China from July, 2018 to July, 2019

Pattern description: Rapid cyclic Assimilation Refresh forecast System(RAPS) is ported from NOAA's RAP/HRRR system. It is an hourly rapid cyclic update assimilation system. And it covers the whole East Asia, with a horizontal resolution of 13km. In this system, the GSI system from NCEP is adopted for assimilation, and the WRF numerical prediction model is used for prediction, with the background field provided by GFS.
