ADGAPP Gene Locus Zoom style score plots

Gene candidate prioritization scoring for all the genes within 3 Mbp of index SNP for each locus in atopic dermatits Paternoster et al. (2015) GWAS. Individual scores of all the genes within the 3 Mbp interval of lead SNP (highlighted as a purple diamond) quantifying evidence for prioritisation. Top prioritised gene highlighted with a black square. Each file represents one locus signal and is identified by its index SNP.本数据集为特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis）Paternoster等（2015）全基因组关联研究（Genome-Wide Association Study, GWAS）中各基因座的候选基因优先级评分数据，评分覆盖该基因座索引单核苷酸多态性（index SNP）上下游3兆碱基对（Mbp）范围内的所有基因。以紫色菱形标记的先导SNP（lead SNP）所在3兆碱基对区间内的全部基因，均配有用于量化优先级佐证依据的独立评分；优先级最高的候选基因以黑色方框标注。每个文件对应一个基因座的关联信号，并以其索引单核苷酸多态性作为标识。
