Single-cell sequencing across radiation treatment timepoints in head and neck cancer

We performed single cell sequencing across treatment timepoints to evaluate the immunological impact of radiation in head and neck cancer. Enrolled patients underwent biopsy followed by 4.6Gy x 10 fractions, immediately followed by a biopsy, and then a third biopsy at approximately 6 weeks later at the time of surgery. All biopsies underwent single-cell RNA and TCR sequencing.
