We investigated the effect of tumour-associated macrophage (TAM) inhibition on disease relapse through treatment of a high-grade serous ovarian cancer model with the CSF1R inhibitor AZD7507. The transplantable syngeneic high-grade serous mouse model 60577 was established by injecting the 60577 murine cell line intraperitoneally in syngeneic mice. The animals were then treated with Carboplatin for three cycles, once weekly, and then receiced AZD7507 by oral gavage daily for 84 days straight after the end of the three cycles of carboplatin. RNA sequecing was performed on n=3 AZD7507-treated and n=3 vehicle-treated mouse tumours.
