This study describes the transcriptome profiling of EB differentiation at day 9th with or without PRDM16 or PR domain knock out RNA-Seq profiling on of EB differentiation at day 9th with or without PRDM16 or PR domain knock out. WT profiling compare with knock out can get specific gene expression profiling related to PRDM16 or PR domain during EB differentiation.
