The goal of this work is to functionalize polyelectrolyte complex saloplastics with lysozyme by salt annealing. The pore formation and closing were systematically studied first. After determining the suitable conditions, the loading of lysozyme was conducted via two routes. The functionalized saloplastics have shown enzymatic activity which remained stable for 7 days. With this simple but effective post-treatment, it is possible to incorporate bio-contents into saloplastics which is difficult for conventional plastics.The correpsbonding data are categorized per each Table/Figure for the article and the Supporting Information.

本研究旨在通过盐退火(salt annealing)法,以溶菌酶(lysozyme)对聚电解质复合物盐塑材料(polyelectrolyte complex saloplastics)进行功能化修饰。首先对该材料的孔隙形成与闭合过程开展了系统研究;确定适宜的工艺条件后,通过两条路径完成溶菌酶的负载。经功能化修饰的盐塑材料展现出酶活性,且该活性可稳定维持7天。依托这一简便高效的后处理工艺,可将生物活性组分负载至传统塑料难以实现负载的盐塑材料中。本研究对应的全部实验数据已按论文及支持信息(Supporting Information)中的各表格、附图进行分类整理。
