Rechallenge-coded hepatic reporting enrichment in FAERS: a bias-diagnostic disproportionality analysis of oral targeted anticancer agents

This repository contains reproducibility materials for a FAERS disproportionality analysis of rechallenge-coded hepatic/DILI reporting among oral targeted anticancer agents. The archive includes analysis scripts, run-order documentation, source manifests, checksums, locked drug dictionary files, aggregate outputs, figure source data, comparator diagnostics, Japan-excluded sensitivity outputs, renal detectable-effect diagnostics, and zero-RECHAL generic QC. Raw FAERS quarterly files and licensed MedDRA preferred-term lists are not redistributed.
