The CTA image dataset for computer-aided detection of pulmonary embolism was developed by the Department of Computer Engineering of Falsi University. It contains 5,160 CTA image slices from 20 patients. The dataset has been annotated by domain experts to ensure its reliability. Pulmonary embolisms in the dataset are widely distributed, with 66% located in peripheral branches, and it also covers multiple pulmonary diseases. This dataset aims to support the development of computer-aided detection systems, improve the accuracy and efficiency of pulmonary embolism detection, and address the challenges of pulmonary embolism detection in clinical diagnosis.
