Multiplexed histology of COVID-19 post-mortem lung samples - ACUTE CASE 3 FOV1

<strong>Image-based data set of a post-mortem lung sample from a COVID-19 donor (ACUTE CASE 3 FOV1)</strong> Each image shows the same field of view (FOV), sequentially stained with the depicted fluorescence-labelled antibodies, including surface proteins, intracellular proteins and transcription factors. Images contain 2024 x 2024 pixels and are generated using an inverted wide-field fluorescence microscope with a 20x objective, a lateral resolution of 325 nm and an axial resolution above 5 µm. Images have been normalized and intensities adjusted.本数据集为COVID-19逝者死后肺组织样本的图像数据集（急性病例3，FOV1）。所有图像均对应同一视野（Field of View，FOV），经依次使用图示荧光标记抗体染色，染色靶标涵盖表面蛋白、细胞内蛋白及转录因子。图像分辨率为2024×2024像素，采用搭载20倍物镜的倒置宽场荧光显微镜采集，其横向分辨率达325纳米，轴向分辨率高于5微米。所有图像均已完成归一化处理并调整了图像强度。
