RNA-seq of mouse liver from PTENα-/- and WT after LPS treatment

RNA-seq was performed on liver tissues from PTENα knockout and wild-type mice following LPS stimulation. The study aims to characterize gene expression changes associated with hepatic inflammatory responses in the absence of PTENα. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq of liver tissues from PTENα knockout (PTENα-/-) and wild-type (WT) mice. Mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 15 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection), and liver samples were collected 6 h after stimulation. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput sequencing.
