We analyzed the effects of genotype, time, and gender in two well-established in vivo mice models (KC : LSL-KrasG12D/+; Pdx-1-Cre and KPC: LSL-KrasG12D/+; LSL-TRP53R157H/+; Pdx-1-Cre) of pancreatic cancer to identify microbiome signatures contributing to cancer development by means of 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing on fecal samples.
