Raw Near-Infrared spectral data of maize samples contaminated with mycotoxins

This dataset contains raw near-infrared (NIR) spectral data collected from 259 ground maize samples naturally contaminated with mycotoxins. The samples are from different European countries. Spectra were acquired using a portable NIR spectrometer in the range of 900-1700 nm. The dataset is intended for use in research on food/feed safety, spectroscopic analysis, and development of rapid screening tools for mycotoxin analysis.本数据集包含259份自然污染真菌毒素的粉碎玉米样品的原始近红外（near-infrared, NIR）光谱数据。样品采自多个欧洲国家。光谱数据通过便携式近红外光谱仪在900-1700纳米波段范围内采集得到。 本数据集旨在应用于食品/饲料安全、光谱分析以及真菌毒素快速筛查工具开发相关的研究工作。
