WFS INSPIRE BPL Lachenfeld upper and under the Kirchweg 3 rd change

WFS service of the urbanisation plan “Lachenfeld upper and under the Kirchweg 3 rd change” of the city of Mahlberg, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.马尔贝格市“拉兴费尔德上下片区及基希韦格3号路段变更”城市规划方案的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并依照《空间信息基础设施指令》（INSPIRE）标准完成了格式转换。
