Multi-omic study of Head and Neck cancer. Deciphering the Evolutionary History of Complex Rearrangements in Head and Neck Cancer Patients Using Multiomic approach

Here we present the findings of our proof-of-principle study that investigated the evolutionary history of complex rearrangements in primary head and neck tumor genomes integrating long-read whole-genome, Hi-C, and RNA sequencing. Our findings highlight the need for multi-modal sequencing strategies to accurately characterize targetable alterations in head and neck cancer.
