The Ministry Survey in 1976 was conducted among the different ministries in Norway. The study was led by professor Johan P. Olsen. Questions dealt with aspects of working methods, personnel, and decision making. The first survey were conducted in 1976, and the 2016 edition is the fourth time it is implemented.
