PLEIAData: real data from the Pleiades building for smart applications

This dataset presents detailed building operation data from the three blocks (A, B and C) of the Pleiades building of the University of Murcia, which is a pilot building of the European project PHOENIX. The aim of PHOENIX is to improve buildings efficiency, and therefore we included information of:<br> (i) consumption data, aggregated by block in kWh; (ii) HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) data with several features, such as state (ON=1, OFF=0), operation mode (None=0, Heating=1, Cooling=2), setpoint and device type; (iii) indoor temperature per room; (iv) weather data, including temperature, humidity, radiation, dew point, wind direction and precipitation; (v) carbon dioxide and presence data for few rooms; (vi) relationships between HVAC, temperature, carbon dioxide and presence sensors identifiers with their respective rooms and blocks. Weather data was acquired from the IMIDA (Instituto Murciano de Investigación y Desarrollo Agrario y Alimentario).本数据集包含穆尔西亚大学昴星团（Pleiades）大楼A、B、C三个区块的详细建筑运行数据，该大楼是欧洲PHOENIX项目的试点建筑。PHOENIX项目旨在提升建筑能效，故本数据集收录了以下六类信息：<br>(i) 按区块聚合的千瓦时（kWh）能耗数据；<br>(ii) 暖通空调（Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning）数据，包含多项特征：设备状态（开机=1，关机=0）、运行模式（无模式=0，制热=1，制冷=2）、设定值以及设备类型；<br>(iii) 各房间的室内温度数据；<br>(iv) 气象数据，涵盖气温、相对湿度、辐射量、露点温度、风向以及降水量；<br>(v) 少量房间的二氧化碳浓度与人员在场数据；<br>(vi) 暖通空调、温度、二氧化碳以及人员在场传感器的标识符与对应房间和区块的关联信息。本数据集的气象数据来源于IMIDA（Instituto Murciano de Investigación y Desarrollo Agrario y Alimentario）。
