资源简介:
Porcine epidemic Diarrhea virus (PEDV), a member of coronavirus, is a single-stranded, positive RNA virus that can cause disease in pigs and cause huge economic losses. As PEDV infection is characterized by severe villus atrophy in the small intestine, most of the current researches on PEDV mainly focus on the small intestine, while little is known about the pathological damage in the liver of piglets infected with PEDV. Relevant studies have shown that low levels of viral RNA can be detected in the liver of pigs infected with PEDV. RNA-seq sequencing and analysis were performed on the liver tissues of PEDV-exposed piglets and healthy piglets respectively to study the changes of gene expression levels, in an attempt to explore the effects of PEDV on the liver at the level of molecular mechanism, so as to find a breakthrough to prevent PEDV infection.
