Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry data of HMCES SRAP domain

Liquid chromatography mass spectrometry data for the HMCES SRAP domain alone (Apo_SRAPd) and for the SRAP domain incubated with abasic site containing DNA (SRAPd_DPC). All LC/MS data were acquired according to the previously published protocol (Chalk R., Springer New York, 2017).本数据集涵盖单独的HMCES SRAP结构域（Apo_SRAPd），以及与携带无碱基位点的DNA共同孵育的SRAP结构域（SRAPd_DPC）的液相色谱-质谱联用（Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry）数据。所有LC/MS数据均依照此前发表的实验方案（Chalk R.、Springer New York，2017）采集获取。
