PKM2 as extracellular metabolite sensor to be acetylated by SLC13A2-transported cirtrate for tumor supression

To investigate the role of Slc13a2 in the development of hepatocellular carcinoma, we separately injected adult male mice via tail vein with AAV-TBG-GFP and AAV-TBG-SLC13A2 to achieve liver-specific overexpression of SLC13A2. Two weeks later, oncogene plasmids were injected using the HTVi method, and the mice were sacrificed at 9 weeks post-injection. Comparative analysis of the gene expression profiles of the liver in GFP mice with HCC and mice overexpressing SLC13A2 specifically in the liver was conducted using RNA-seq data.
