Global diversity and distribution of mushroom-inhabiting bacteria

The project aims to identify the determinants of the structure of mushroom-inhabiting bacterial (MIB) communities at global scale and whether diversity of MIB is higher in temperate than tropical regions, similarly to soil bacteria.
