CORN-LCs

CORN-LCs comprises 4,224 corneal confocal microscopy (CCM) images with a resolution of 384×384 pixels, all captured using Heidelberg HRT-III systems. This dataset is used to generate an optimal grading model. These images were collected from 332 dry eye disease patients across six clinical centers in two countries. The image severity levels (ranging from 0 to 3) were annotated independently by two corneal specialists, each with over 15 years of experience. The grading was based on the established correlation between disease severity and Langerhans cell activation, combined with an assessment of ten key morphological parameters of Langerhans cells and the specialists' clinical expertise. The final ground truth labels were determined by consensus between the two specialists. The dataset distribution across the severity levels is as follows: Level 0 (1,064 images), Level 1 (1,797 images), Level 2 (885 images), and Level 3 (478 images).CORN-LCs数据集包含4224张角膜共聚焦显微镜（corneal confocal microscopy, CCM）图像，分辨率为384×384像素，所有图像均采用海德堡HRT-III系统采集。本数据集用于构建最优分级模型。该数据集的图像采集自两个国家六家临床中心的332名干眼病患者。图像的严重程度分级（范围为0至3）由两位拥有15年以上临床经验的角膜病专科医师独立标注。分级标准基于疾病严重程度与朗格汉斯细胞（Langerhans cell）活化状态之间的已确立关联，结合朗格汉斯细胞的10项关键形态学参数评估结果以及专科医师的临床经验制定。最终的真值标签由两位医师协商一致确定。各严重程度分级的数据集分布如下：0级（1064张）、1级（1797张）、2级（885张）、3级（478张）。
