Additional file 4. Candidate gene sets for the STRING (V11.0) pathway analysis. Two lists are provided: set of candidate genes from the across-breed association analysis (N = 41), and a set of candidate genes from the within-breed association analyses (N = 261). Total number of unique genes in the analyses is 272. Each of the listed genes are located maximum ±1 Mb from a SNP that demonstrated significant association to CHD in one of the analyses.附加文件4：STRING数据库（V11.0）通路分析候选基因集。本次共提供两组列表：其一为跨品种关联分析得到的候选基因集（基因数N=41），其二为品种内关联分析得到的候选基因集（N=261）。本次分析所涉及的唯一基因总数为272。所有列出的基因均位于某一单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）上下游最大±1 Mb的区间内，且该SNP在本次分析的其中一项子分析中与冠心病（Coronary Heart Disease, CHD）存在显著关联。
