Chromatin accessibility of SK-N-BE(2) cells without or with IRF2BP2 depletion were profiled using transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) to identify potential regulatory elements. SK-N-BE(2) cells treated with lentivirus delivering control shRNAs or shRNAs against IRF2BP2. Stable gene-knockdown cells were screened by puromycin selection. About 50,000 cells were obtained for ATAC-seq libraries.
