Replication data for: When Should Public Programs be Privately Administered? Theory and Evidence from the Paycheck Protection Program

This document outlines the data and code used to estimate the tables and figures in “When Should Public Programs be Privately Administered? Theory and Evidence from the Paycheck Protection Program” for the Review of Economics and Statistics. The replication package contains all necessary code to reproduce the tables and figures in the main paper and online appendix. Code is written in Stata and R. Many raw or intermediate data files cannot be shared publicly because they are proprietary.
