Suplementary data for the analysis the AI Life Sciences Landscape in Greece.

These supplementary data consist of a set of selected publications in the field of AI Life Sciences with respective topic annotations (PMIDtoMeSH.csv) and the set of Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) terms used for the annotation of the articles (desc2024_TN.ssv). PMIDtoMeSH.csv: A Comma-Separated Values file with two columns as described below. It has been extracted from the 2024 version of the Annual baseline of the PubMed Data, released in December 2023 (https://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/baseline/). - pmid: The unique PubMed identifier of each article considered in this analysis. E.g. 25212713 for https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25212713/ - MeSH terms: A string representing a semicolon-separated list of the preferred terms for each descriptor representing a MeSH major topic of the respective article, as indicated in the 2024 Annual baseline of the PubMed Data. E.g., "Child Development Disorders, Pervasive; Genomics; Humans" desc2024_TN.ssv: A Semicolon-Separated Values file with three columns as described below. It has been extracted from the 2024 version of the MeSH thesaurus available here: https://nlmpubs.nlm.nih.gov/projects/mesh/2024/xmlmesh/desc2024.xml - Descriptor UI: The unique identifier of each MeSH descriptor.
