Input data files for the HELCOM Eutrophication Assessment 2016 - 2021 (HOLAS III) using the HELCOM Eutrophication Assessment Tool (HEAT).
The raw data has been extracted from the ICES Data Portal at https://data.ices.dk
Datasets included are the Ocean hydrochemistry - Bottle and low resolution CTD data, High resolution CTD data and Pump data for the HELCOM Subbasins within the period 2015-11-01 to 2021-12-31.
The R code for HEAT can be found in GitHub at https://github.com/ices-tools-prod/HEAT
