These are representative test data for the paper "Molecular-scale Isotropic 3D Super-Resolution Microscopy via Interference Localization".The 2 folders are corresponding to raw data of Fig. 2c and Fig. 3a. In each folder, the 2 tiff files are the first stacks (7670 frames) of raw data, where A and B were taken from different cameras. The 3 .mat files are registration infomation for reconstruction.本数据集为论文《基于干涉定位的分子尺度各向同性三维超分辨率显微技术》(Molecular-scale Isotropic 3D Super-Resolution Microscopy via Interference Localization)的代表性测试数据。两个文件夹分别对应图2c与图3a的原始数据。每个文件夹内的2个TIFF文件为原始数据的第一组图像堆叠（共7670帧），其中A、B两路数据取自不同相机。3个MAT文件为重构所需的配准信息。
