Creating Template Kernels for Snapping Shrimp Detection Algorithm

This code was adapted from MATLAB code written by Dr. Bohnenstiehl at the Center for Marine Science and Technology at NCSU. Its purpose is to build a template kernel for use in the snapping shrimp detection algorithm.
