Each file refers to one specific combination of screw and polymer grade.

The following process variables were recorded:

screw speed

barrel temperatures

mass throughput

torque

melt pressure at seven axial positions

melt temperature distribution at the screw tip

本数据集由Excel电子表格构成，收录高速挤出机产能测试（throughput tests）的数值数据与附带文字说明。每份文件对应一组特定的螺杆与聚合物牌号组合。本次记录的工艺变量如下：
- 螺杆转速
- 机筒温度
- 质量产能（mass throughput）
- 扭矩
- 七个轴向位置的熔体压力
- 螺杆顶端的熔体温度分布
