BrainSTEM: A multi-resolution fetal brain atlas to assess the fidelity of human midbrain cultures

This upload contains data objects associated with our paper "BrainSTEM: A multi-resolution fetal brain atlas to assess the fidelity of human midbrain cultures". In particular, this upload contains the in-house single-cell dataset (toh.inhouse) and 12 single-cell datasets from published literatures, totalling 13 query datasets, as R object files. Detailed information about the publicly available query datasets can be found in the Supplementary Table 6 of the paper abovementioned.本上传内容包含与我们的论文《BrainSTEM：用于评估人类中脑培养物保真度的多分辨率胎儿大脑图谱》相关的数据对象。 具体而言，本次上传包含本团队自制的单细胞数据集（toh.inhouse）以及来自已发表文献的12个单细胞数据集，总计13个查询数据集（query datasets），所有数据均以R对象文件格式存储。 上述公开可用的查询数据集的详细信息，可参阅该论文的补充表6。
