Artifact for "CERT: Finding Performance Issues in Database Systems Through the Lens of Cardinality Estimation"

The artifact consists of two main components: Code, the tool that we created and extended, and in which we implemented Cardinality Estimation Restriction Testing (CERT), to find all bugs reported in the paper. Data, the data and reproduce documents for the key results in the paper.
